Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of mega-bonanza.us.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Site immediately.
1. About This Site
This Site is an independent affiliate review website. It is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Mega Bonanza Casino or any casino operator. Content on this Site is editorial opinion and does not constitute gambling advice.
2. Affiliate Disclosure
This Site participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click affiliate links and create
accounts on third-party platforms, we may receive compensation. This compensation does not
influence our editorial ratings or reviews. All affiliate links are identified with
rel="sponsored" attribute and labeled in context.
3. Eligibility
This Site is intended for users aged 18 and older. Users in jurisdictions where sweepstakes casino content is restricted access this Site at their own risk and responsibility.
4. No Gambling Services
This Site does not offer gambling services, accept deposits, or operate casino games. All gameplay links direct to third-party platforms subject to their own terms and conditions.
5. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep bonus values, game counts, and platform features current. However, casino platforms change frequently. Always verify current offers directly with the operator before making any financial decisions. Information on this Site is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content on this Site โ including text, design, and editorial ratings โ is protected by copyright. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. Third-party brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mega-bonanza.us.com and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or linked platforms.

Terms Used in These Terms
The words below have specific meanings throughout this policy.
- "Site" means the affiliate review site at mega-bonanza.us.com.
- "Operator" means the entity behind the Mega Bonanza sweepstakes casino, with whom this site is not affiliated.
- "Content" includes all reviews, articles, tables, charts, images, infographics, source code and metadata published on the Site.
- "User" means any human visitor to the Site.
- "Affiliate link" means a link to the Operator that, when followed by a User, may credit the Site with a referral or commission.
- "Sweeps Coins" and "Gold Coins" are the two coin currencies issued by the Operator and have the meanings defined in the Operator's own terms.
How We Maintain Independence
This Site participates in an affiliate programme with the Operator. When a User clicks an outbound affiliate link and registers an account, the Site may receive a one-time referral fee or a percentage of the User's coin purchases over a defined window. The exact commercial terms are confidential, but you should assume the affiliate relationship is the financial basis of this Site.
That affiliate relationship does not change the editorial verdict. Our 9.1 expert score, the published RTPs, the table of state availability and the bonus calendar are all the output of the independent testing methodology described on the home page and in our review. If our testing revealed material problems with the Operator โ a payout failure pattern, a security vulnerability, a regulatory enforcement action โ we would publish those findings even at the cost of the affiliate relationship. The Site has never accepted payment in exchange for changing or suppressing a published finding.
When commercial pressure does affect what we publish, it does so transparently. Promotional bonuses are highlighted on the Site only when they are genuinely live; expired offers are removed within 24 hours. Sponsored placements, if any, are clearly labelled as such. For the legal framework that requires this kind of clarity from sweepstakes affiliate sites, see our sweepstakes legal classification primer reference.
Intellectual Property and How You Can Use the Content
All Content on this Site is copyright the Site owner unless otherwise marked. The custom illustrations, charts and diagrams are first-party work product. Slot logos, the Mega Bonanza wordmark and any third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for editorial reference only under US fair-use principles. The Site does not claim any ownership over operator-branded assets.
You may quote up to 100 words of our Content in a non-commercial article with a clear attribution and a follow link back to this Site. For longer excerpts or any commercial republication, contact us via the address at the foot of this page. We grant reuse permission liberally for genuinely independent journalism and refuse permission for content farms that scrape and republish without value-add. The bulk reproduction of our state-eligibility tables โ which require monthly verification work to maintain accuracy โ requires written permission in every case.
Acceptable use of the Site: read, share, link, and discuss. Unacceptable use: automated scraping that ignores robots.txt or User-Agent rules, denial-of-service attacks, attempting to bypass site security, embedding Site Content in misleading contexts, or republishing Content without attribution. The Site reserves the right to block any IP address engaged in unacceptable use.
Disclaimers, Liability Limits and Dispute Resolution
The Content is published in good faith and verified within the past 30 days. Sweepstakes casino terms, state regulations, bonus structures and game RTPs can change without notice. The Site is not responsible for changes between our most recent verification and any decision a User makes in reliance on Content. Always cross-check critical decisions โ particularly redemptions, KYC requirements and state eligibility โ with the Operator's own published terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the Site or reliance on the Content. The Site's total aggregate liability to any User in any 12-month period is limited to one hundred US dollars. This limit reflects the Site's nature as a free editorial resource rather than a paid service.
Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved through informal communication will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Users retain the right to bring small-claims actions in their own jurisdiction notwithstanding the arbitration clause. For the legal architecture that determines how state law overlays operator and affiliate obligations, see our state-by-state legal contract overlay reference. For tactical play guidance once you have read and accepted these terms, see the editorial strategy reference.
Reliance on Third Parties
The Site embeds or references services provided by parties other than the Operator and other than the Site. Examples include the Google Fonts CDN, the jsDelivr CDN that hosts Chart.js, Cloudflare's edge network, and the NCPG external helpline link. The availability, accuracy and uptime of these services are outside our control. The Site is not responsible for any service interruption or content change introduced by a third party. Where a third-party service materially affects the User experience โ for example, the chart library failing to load โ the Site degrades gracefully where technically feasible.
If a third-party service is compromised in a way that affects User safety on this Site, we will issue a public advisory at the top of every affected page and notify registered users by email within 48 hours of confirming the issue. We have not had such an incident to date. The vendor list and audit cadence are documented in the privacy policy; the list is reviewed quarterly and updated whenever a service is added or removed.
Conduct That Can Lead to Site Block
The Site itself does not maintain user accounts in the conventional sense โ there is no login. However, we do block individual IP addresses, IP ranges or user-agent strings that engage in unacceptable use. The block list is reviewed monthly and entries that no longer pose a problem are removed. If you believe your IP has been blocked in error, please email the address at the foot of this page with the approximate timing of the block and the page you were trying to view; we review every appeal within 7 days.
Operator-side account suspensions follow a different process documented in the Operator's own terms of service. The Operator can suspend or close accounts for terms-of-service violations including but not limited to: multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule, identity fraud during KYC, abusive language in support channels, attempted bonus abuse via collusion, or violation of state-level rules in the User's registered jurisdiction. Sweeps Coin balances in suspended accounts may be forfeit; refer to the Operator's terms for specifics.
For an editorial walkthrough of common account issues and how to resolve them, see the login security primer page. For the regulatory framework that shapes operator suspension obligations, see our state privacy enforcement map reference.
Legal Clauses That Outlive the Page
Severability. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Where possible, an unenforceable clause is interpreted as narrowly as required to preserve the original commercial intent; where narrowing is not possible, the clause is treated as struck and the remainder of the Terms continues to govern. The unenforceability of any one provision does not invalidate the Terms as a whole.
Survival. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination of access to the Site survive โ including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution and confidentiality obligations. Specifically, the IP and acceptable-use restrictions, the editorial integrity statement, the liability limitations and the arbitration clause continue to bind even after a User stops visiting the Site.
No waiver. The Site's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on any one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it on a later occasion. Waivers must be explicit and in writing to be effective.
Notices. Notices to the Site should be sent to the email address at the foot of this page; notices from the Site to Users are deemed delivered when posted on this page (no individual notification is required for routine policy updates). Material changes are flagged at the top of the relevant page for 30 days following the revision so Users have time to review.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific notices posted alongside individual features, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Site with respect to use of the Site. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. For the regulatory framework that shapes how these Terms can be enforced across US jurisdictions, see our jurisdictional eligibility rules reference.
How to Reach Us About These Terms
Questions about these Terms should be sent to the email address at the foot of this page with "Terms" in the subject line. We respond to all good-faith Terms queries within seven business days. For urgent matters that touch on consumer-protection rights specifically โ for example, allegations of harm caused by reliance on Content โ please mark the email "Urgent: Consumer" and we will respond within 48 hours.
These Terms were last revised on the date displayed at the top of this page. Material revisions are flagged in the "Latest changes" section that appears below the navigation for 30 days following each revision. The full revision history is available on request via the same email address. The Site does not modify Terms retroactively; revisions apply only to future Site visits, and a User's continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the editorial reference points that contextualise the legal language above, see the responsible-play centre, the privacy policy, the about-the-author page and the tactical bankroll appendix. These resources together constitute the published Site whose use is governed by these Terms.
